Service Rep was very pleasant and helpful. First time I called, I had to dial back because call was not answered when forwarded to customer service. However, when I did get to speak to someone, they were very accommodating.

I've attended two Kingswood Oxford School alumni events in the past few years and they always blow me away with how they've simplified the "magnetic adhesive badge" for those sort of events. Our company will be hosting a Chamber of Commerce event later this month, and I recommended we all use these instead of "Hello My Name Is" stickers. It's a quality differentiator!

Website is easy to use. However, when we entered our customer number, e-mail address or POC name, nothing came up. It did manage to figure out who we were as we moved through the ordering process.
