Product Guarantee

All of our products are guaranteed defect-free for one year.

We will make things right if we fall short of your expectations:

If your product fails within the first year of use, contact us immediately (this excludes accidental damage or improper handling or care).
If your order is incorrect, contact us within 60 days of the order's ship date, and we will work with you to get the error corrected.
If you are not satisfied with your custom product, but it is manufactured to the correct specifications and is within our company tolerances, we may be able to work with you on a reprint for your order at a discounted rate.

DEFINITIONS:

First Article — When you require detailed specifications or larger orders, we recommend that you order a First Article. This article allows you to see a physical sample of the exact product you will be receiving as it is made to the proof specifications. When ordering a First Article, you will need to pay upfront for the product, any required set-up fees and shipping costs. If you approved this First Article for production, all cost for the article will be deducted from your final order price.

Lists — All variable information such as names and titles that you wanted engraved or printed must be prepared to exact specifications set by Coller Industries. If you have questions, refer to our List Submissions.

Customer Artwork — Artwork must comply with all trademark, copyright, patent and related laws and acts and is the customer's responsibility. Each customer assumes full responsibility for all claims and litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents and copyrights on any requested design and copy.

Color Requirements — If you require color matching, we recommend requesting a color sample (if available) or purchase a First Article. Pantone Matching System (PMS) colors are the best way to let us know which colors you need. We will make reasonable efforts to match your requested colors. However, we are unable to guarantee exact color matching due to material variations and limitations in production processes. Due to display limitations, your digital proof may not show the exact color of the final product.
