Product Care

Proper handling is critical to the long lasting quality of the products produced by Coller Industries. Follow these guidelines on product care to avoid unnecessary damage that the product guarantee will not cover.

Store all products in a safe, dry place. Moisture and heat can warp or damage your products.

If cleaning is required, protect your investment by following these guidelines:

  1. Gently wipe the item with a soft cloth dampened with water; do not scrub the surface.
  2. If your product has a color or hot stamped logo, take special care during cleaning. Both abrasion and the solvents in cleaners can damage or remove logos.
  3. If a cleaner is necessary, we recommend cautiously using denatured alcohol.

Please note that lotion, bug spray, hand sanitizer and other topical ointments are known to damage or remove printed or hot stamped logos, so be careful of their use around your products.

Before washing your clothing, always remove name tags and badges.

When using markers to write on your products, we recommend testing that they work as expected and can be removed according to your needs. Erasable markers (dry erase, chalk, etc.) and permanent markers work on all of our plastic and metal products. To learn about removing the marks from many items, check out our blog: Using Markers on Reusable Name Badges
