The foam trays have a finished felted top and display your badges for easy distribution. The badges fit into slots cut into the foam insert: 3 columns, 21 rows, half-inch spacing.

If you purchase this foam as a replacement for a Deluxe Badge Case, the 0.75 inch thick foam on this order works with 3x4 inch badge holders—order 1 inch foam for 2.25x3.5 or 2.5x3.5 inch badges.
