This order form is for the desk holders used with Reusable Name Plates.
The desk holder stands on a desk or flat surface and displays your Reusable Name Plate. The backplate, clear lens, and printed insert slide in and out of the holder easily so they can be changed as needed.
SIZE: Holds a 2x10 inch nameplate with a 1/16 inch channel; the holder rests on a 1 inch wide foot that holds the inserted plate at an easy-to-read angle.
COLOR: Silver, yellow gold, rose gold and black.
