Reusable Name Plates are a cost-effective solution for high turnover and seasonal industries. Printing your full color logo onto the metal backplate unifies your office and increases your brand visibility. Print inserts as needed using your inkjet or laser printer, then slide the insert into the holder behind the clear lens.
Everything you need for Reusable Name Plates: the backplate, holder, and clear lens are available on this form. Once you have made your selections, you can be forwarded to the insert order page to select the inserts that will work with your printer.
Reusable Name plates have four individual components. The metal backplate with a printed logo, a plate holder, a transparent printed insert and a transparent slider are all necessary for assembling a complete Reusable Name Plate.
SIZE: 2x8 inches
BACKPLATES: Your color logo will be UV printed on the metal backplate, increasing your brand visibility. Backplates are offered in silver, gold and white.
LOGO: The highest quality printing requires vector artwork (files ending in .eps or .ai). You can find more information on artwork requirements in the Resource Center.
PROOF: Our designers will create a proof, and you will have the opportunity to review and approve the layout before production begins. Once you are satisfied with the design, we will start production on your product.
SET-UP FEE: $35.00 (No set-up fee is charged on re-orders of the same layout.)
HOLDERS: The backplate, insert and Lexan slider fit into the holder of your choice. We offer wall mounted and free standing options in silver, black, yellow gold and rose gold.
INSERTS: The transparent inserts for adding names can be printed on a laser or inkjet printer and replaced as needed for new employees (purchased separately).
CLEAR LENS Clear Lexan plastic holds the inserts over the backplate.
PRODUCTION: Orders of 24 or fewer plates that are placed by 11:00 a.m. Mountain time will be shipped the same day, provided everything runs smoothly with the artwork and approval of your proof. Add one day of production time for each additional 24 plates ordered.
PRICE INCLUDES: One 2x8 inch metal backplate with a logo, a metal wall mount or desk holder and a clear protective lens (order inserts separately).
