SIZE: Name tags must be between 2 and 12 square inches. Oversized tags may be ordered as metal name plates.
DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The minimum height or width cannot be less than 0.75 inches. The maximum height or width allowed is 12 inches.
MATERIAL: The badges are crafted from metal 0.02 inches thick. We offer a range of colors, including satin silver and gold. You can opt for reflective mirror-like metals for a bright and unique finish or semi-gloss lacquers for a classic look. If you want to check the quality of our materials, feel free to request a sample from us.
SURFACE: A dome surface protects the name tag against everyday wear and tear.
FASTENER: Some fasteners may not fit on a custom size tag. If there is a problem with your selection, we will contact you.
LIST: To speed production, provide your list of information to engrave on the name tags when you order. If you choose to email your list, please send it to nametag@nametag.com and provide your name and order number. List Submission Guidelines.
PROOF: You will receive a proof showing your design by email within one business day of placing your order.
PRODUCTION: Production will begin when we receive your list for engraving and proof approval. Up to 99 name tags will ship the next business day. Quantities above 99 plates and those with dome surfaces may need extra time.
SHIPPING: The opportunity to select shipping methods is available during the checkout process.
PRICE INCLUDES: One metal name tag that is under 4 square inches and a standard fastener (pin, bulldog clip, double clutch).
