Simple but effective, template A gives you enough room to add a first name to metal name tags and lets you skip the proof approval process and set-up fees.
MATERIAL: The metal is approximately 0.02 inches thick. The laser oxidizes gold and silver tags creating dark gray or black text, while colored tags have the top layer removed, resulting in gold or silver text. Lacquer colors have a semi-gloss surface, and mirror-finish metals have a reflective surface. Only available with rounded corners.
DOME SURFACE: This upgrade protects your name tag from scratches and other damage.
FASTENERS: Choose from several high-quality options that come standard on the tags, including pins and double clutch. Or, try out our most popular upgrade, the Deluxe Magnetic Fastener.
NAME LIST: Your list for this template should include one line of text for each tag. Text will be condensed if there are more letters than recommended. We do not accept submissions via fax or verbally over the phone. Instead, provide the list on this order form or email your list to nametag@nametag.com. Please reference your order number in the email.
PRODUCTION: Your tags may be shipped the following business day as long you provide a name list with your order; dome finishes or quantities above 100 tags may need extra time.
