The plastic name tag is made of two-ply material, which creates a two-color effect when engraved. Choose the color combination, font and fastener as well as other style options. Add a logo and up to four lines of text to include names and titles. To protect the surface from damage, upgrade to an epoxy dome for $3.50 per tag.
ART REQUIREMENTS: We must receive a vector file (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) of your logo for the production of your product. Guidelines for artwork preparation (opens in a new tab)
SIZE: 1.25 x 3 inches
FASTENER: Select a standard fastener (pin, double clutch, etc.) or upgrade to our popular deluxe magnetic fastener.
FONT: A wide variety of fonts are available. If you request a custom font, a customer service representative may ask you to send a font file that is Windows compatible. Email the font file to nametag@nametag.com after you place an order. Make sure to include your order confirmation number in the body of the email.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be properly formatted and include all of the information for your name tags. If a list is required it can be entered or uploaded from this page, which will allow for faster processing time. Or, the list may be emailed to nametag@nametag.com and will need to include your contact information as placed with this order.
STYLE: Tags can have round or square corners with or without a beveled edge. Round corners with a beveled edge add 50¢ per tag.
PROOF: A digital proof will be emailed to you prior to production. To assure your satisfaction, approve and return the proof to customer service.
PRODUCTION: Orders under 100 tags are shipped within one business day after proof approval.
SHIPPING: Delivery methods and shipping prices are in the shopping cart when you check out.

SET-UP FEE: $25.00 for the first order; no set-up fee is required on reorders.
