The name tag includes an engraved logo with one to four lines of text. Made of two-ply plastic, the laser removes the surface layer to reveal the core color underneath. Personalize the color, font, fastener and style using the wide variety of options available. To protect your name tag from scratches, add an epoxy dome finish.
SIZE: 1.5x3.5 inches
LOGO ART: You are required to have your artwork in a vector format (files extensions: .ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf).
FASTENER: Standard options include a pin, double clutch and swivel bulldog clip. Or, upgrade to a deluxe magnetic fastener.
FONT: Choose from a diverse selection of standard fonts; custom fonts are available. If your selected font is not in our system, you will be required to email a font file (PC compatible) to nametag@nametag.com or we can select a similar font. Be sure to include your order confirmation number in the email..
STYLE: The corners and edges can be left squared or you can customize the tags with round corners or beveled edges. Name tags with both round corners and beveled edges cost extra.
PROOF: A proof of your custom design will be emailed to you within one business day. Approve and return it so production can begin.
PRODUCTION: Orders of up to 99 name tags are shipped within one business day. Add one extra production day if you upgrade to an epoxy dome finish.

SET-UP FEE: First orders have a $25.00 set-up fee. Reorders of the same design have no set-up fees.
