Your logo will be UV printed onto the plastic, and then the top layer of the plastic is engraved by laser to reveal the second color.
DISCLAIMER: To reuse your badges, we recommend not using markers to write on your name badges.
SIZE: Logo badges must be between 2 square inches and 12 square inches.
DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum height or width cannot be less than 0.75 inches. Maximum height or width cannot be more than 12 inches.
MATERIAL: Matte non-glare surface for colors; metallic colors have a brushed texture. Made of 0.06 inch thick two-ply plastic with surface and core colors. When engraved, the text will be the core color shown on the color chart.
PROOF: A digital proof of your custom design will be sent within one business day for your approval. Production will not begin until a signed proof has been returned.
PRODUCTION Production required one to two business days after the proof is approved.
